This vet is the best vet for any CFIA procedures. I had First gone to Port Coquitlam animal Hospital and these people are not available when you need them and doctors don’t sign or edit the form if the other Doctor Who originally did it is not available plus they’re not that organized at this place this place has everything in it need little package so if you have CFIA stuff coming up and you know it only takes One week it all has to be done within that week then choose these people the reasonable price and customer service is excellent. Receptionist is super organized.

I’d like to give Dr. Saeid Arefi and his team a 5/5.

Dr. Saeid was by far the most knowledgeable and compassionate veterinary that I have encountered.

When it came to my cat, I only wanted the best for her. After all, she was my best friend.

I unfortunately had to face the worst heartache I’ve ever felt, but there is a lot of comfort in knowing that her doctor and his team wanted to save her just as much as I wanted her to live.

As to the young man working the front desk, I found my self very compelled to let you know that your kind demeanour meant a lot.

My significant other and I both believe that this Vet goes above and beyond their duties and if you are looking for a veterinary and are finding your self reading my review.

Please know, that I truly recommend this place.

Pets Matter Foster Care wants to send a huge thank you to Dr. Saeid Arefi at PoCo West Animal Hospital in Port Coquitlam. Our fostered mastiff tangled with a raccoon in the family’s backyard and it wasn’t pretty. In the evening no local clinics were open and Dr Arefi interrupted his bike trip to rush in and open the clinic for us. He was compassionate and caring with one very nervous BIG dog and his foster parents, reeling from the altercation.
We were braced for a very large bill considering the time and the extra effort Dr Arefi went to and were shocked at how little was charged. We actually asked if he forgot to charge for some of the services.
We aren’t grateful for the reason however are definitely grateful to have met another vet in the TriCities that we will be confident to call in the future.

I rarely ever post a review of places but Dr. Saeid Arefi and Vet tech Karan went above and beyond for us and our dog Rocco in assistance with his surgery. We don’t normally go to this clinic but Rocco needed surgery after an accident and we went to whoever could take us. We have a few dogs and no vet we have ever been to made us feel so involved and like family. The amount that both of them went above and beyond what any other vet would have done was amazing. I would recommend them to any family or friends and we have found a new vet for life.

I want to say thank you to Dr. Arefi & his receptionist.
Late today my senior Maltipoo began panting very heavy & seemed to have difficulty breathing. Had been totally fine before.
My Vet clinic had closed & I decided to see if any local clinic happened to be open before heading to a 24 hr clinic.
Phoned Poco West explained & receptionist called Dr. Arefi at home but she called him & he met us 1/2 hr later. Checked Gracie and asked her history & present issue details. He explained, gave an injection to help overnight & told me to not hesitate to call if necessary.
Very grateful that I met him & that he cared so much. I appreciated his time, opinion and recommendations to follow up with our vet.
Gracie resting quietly now.
